The current company organization structure is composed of CEO, Technical Directors and engineering staff. With the growth company will further recruit additional staff depending on the nature of the upcoming project with its specific requirements.

The primary focus currently is on business development within Nokia APAC and middle East region on the start up rollout and optimization projects. ACE Telecom is capable of staffing projects within short notice period.
